Simple, talk to the NPC's (non-player characters) with the yellow ! over their head. They are the ones that give you quests. There are also things that drop off mobs that will sometimes give you quests.
I would suggest 'Battle Of The Immortals' because ive played it and metin2. BOI is free and has cheap special money. Also has a WIDE variety of gear weapons fortifications upgrades levels and quests. Quests are Scenarios (story) and branch quests (optional). So yeah Battle of the immortals i would give 4 out of 5 stars.
Go to the libeary and click on the Tan Bear. He will give a choice of 2 quests.

give them to galanoth when you do his quests
I find it difficult to get specific information on quests for this skill. An online guide states: "Completing the easy quests Fight Arena, Holy Grail, Waterfall Quest, Scorpion Catcher and Tree Gnome Village will give you a huge boost to your combat level..." - but that is combat in general. Some quests, especially advanced ones, give lamps or similar items that can be applied to ANY skill, so you might use those, too. But in general, if it is combat experience you want (including constitution), I suggest you just fight a lot. You may want to do most quests anyway, either for the satisfaction of having them done, or for the benefits they give you - including experience in different skills.
