There are many Vocaloids out there, but only a few are official. The official ones are Miku Hatsune (Long blue pigtails), Luka Megerine (Long pink hair), Rin Kagamine (short blonde hair), and Len Kagamine (Spiky Blonde hair)
There are also some vocaloids that are more official than others, for example, Kaito (Dark blue hair, likes ice cream. I forgot his last name), Meiko (short brown hair. She might not have a last name.), and Gakupo (Long purple hair, samurai-like. His last name I also forgot.) There are many more, but I could sit here for days naming them, and, I'm sorry, I have a life to attend to. No offense.
Hope this helps! ^-^

No. VOCALOIDs are not couples. VOCALOIDs do not have to deal with anime or couples. It's only a singing program.
There are a lot of VOCALOIDs. VOCALOIDs are now up to at least 45, and their are more than 60 voicebanks.
There is no any other VOCALOIDs. All vocals found in VOCALOID wikia are the original VOCALOIDs made buy actual music/recording companies. Haku Yowane, Akita Neru, and Hatsune Mikuo etc. are fanmade based of the VOCALOIDs voicebanks.
there is a game based on vocaloids, but originally its a program.
depends on which one you buy. Luka is bilingual and can sing very well in english., and all the vocaloids can sing in english, but you can barley understand them.
Like Kaito, Meiko doesn't have an official last name. Her younger semi-official version Sakine Meiko, does. Last names weren't given to vocaloids until the CV series (i.e. Miku onwards)
