I only know how to get 10th offline. You must have a usb flash drive and Mpdataeditor2. It only works offline but its still pretty sweet. You can have modded custom classes and modded class names. In order to get tte class mods to work such as, 2 primary guns on 1 class. You must go to system settings and hit "Clear system Cahce" This deletes all patches. Hope this helps :) :)
