The antagonist of the muscle, biceps brachii is triceps brachii. Most muscles work in pairs, so MOST of the time, the antagonist is the one that is doing OPPOSITE of what IT is doing. Like when the biceps contracts, the triceps relaxes, when the triceps contract, the biceps relaxes.

this question makes no sense. An antagonist is one who opposes; the biceps are the muscles in the front of the upper arm . I guess the opposing muscles would be the triceps - the muscles at the back of the upper arm. Good luck!
