I succeeded in removing the wiper arm from my 2004 Santa here's how. 1. Purchase a 4" 2 jaw light duty gear puller from Canadian Tire $6 and change. 2. Remove plastic cover of old wiper arm. 3. After removing nut use a center punch to mark center of wiper bolt. 4. Drill a very small starter hole from center Punch mark on wiper bolt. This is stop gear pullers center bolt from sliding off of wiper bolt. 5. Attach gear puller to bottom of old wiper arm and start screwing the gear pullers center bolt on the wiper arm bolt. My wiper arm was so rusted on I had to attach a slider clamp to the puller jaws to hold them together so they would not slip off of the wiper arm while I was turning the pullers center bolt. I hope this method helps out someone as desperate as I was to remove my wiper arm. Cheers

That pulley is a press fit type. There are not any threads. You will need to rent/buy some pullers for that power steering pulley.
