You usually get powerchain braces for gaps, and to keep your teeth in they're place. Most people get power chain braces when they're about to get they're braces off. To keep they're teeth the same way the braces left them. Hope I helped!
Braces are a type of "tool" for you teeth to either straighten it or something else. Mine is for my overbite (my upper teeth overlap my bottom teeth) and are there to line it up for my lower teeth to line up close to the upper teeth. Other types of braces i don't know the reasons for. Usually Straightening
They are basically use to close gaps and spaces in teeth. They make your teeth very sensitive. Trust me I have them on now. But it depends on your condition.
They make your teeth straight. however they can separate your teeth.
The base cost for braces is the same, at some point of braces treatment you may need a chain or several, there is no added cost to have a chain with braces since it's included in the original cost
It all depends on the person. It usually is out on near the end though. Some people might not get them or start of with them.
Power chains are used for when you have gaps they help close them or when its almost time to get your braces taken off, you get it to keep your teeth straight. I had power chains since the gaps in my teeth they hurt
Well they attach a bracket to the impacted tooth and then attach a chain to that bracket and then to your wire on your braces. Every time you go to the orthodontist, they remove a link in the chain and in before you know your tooth will break through the gum. I had this done about two years ago.

A chain works by closing spaces between teeth, or preventing spaces being opened while moving other teeth.

It's a type of chain known as a roller chain that is used to transfer power from the cranks to the rear wheel of the bike.

Chain mails are pointless. They only have power or worth if you believe in them.
I am not sure but you might want to get it checked out. I have had power chains with my braces and they never moved. Plus I have never heard of that happening to anyone. Are you sure that they moved because I don't think their supposed to. Hope I helped :) Check with your orthodontist/dentist if that is supposed to happen.
