What is a Buddhism leader of worship called?

Buddhists do not worship any gods or people, so there is no one who leads any worship service. A Buddhists master (who might have one of a long list of titles, like Geshe, Lama, Rinpoche, etc) will lead teaching or meditation sessions.

Siddhartha Gautama is the founder of Buddhism. He is not, however, holy. He was just a man who succeeded in finding the path to enlightenment. Holy implies a divine nature, Siddhartha the Buddha indicates that there is no need to believe in gods, accept "miracles, or any of the other trappings of religion.

There is no single leader or group of leaders of present day Buddhism. Much like the Christian church Buddhisms various sects and schools each have their own head. As an example the Dalai Lama is the head of religious officials of the Gelug or "Yellow Hat" branch of Tibetan Buddhism. He is not viewed as head of other Tibetan Buddhist sects or of any other school of Buddhism outside of Tibet.

The names that are given to the leaders of these sects are various and include Lama, Sensei, Roshi, Abbot, and others.

This depends on the country and denomination, as the Buddha did not have a term for this, as his view of a monk's role was somewhat different than it turned out in later centuries.

The leader of an authentic temple (Buddhist church) is a monk. The title of the head monk varies by country and denomination. I can say that in Sri Lanka, the head monk is called "loku hamdru", literally, "Big monk" , or more fluidly, "Head monk" or "Chief Monk." In a Vietnamese nun's temple, the head nun is called "Sukho".

What they are called also depends on their ecclesiastical rank. For example, some Tibetan Buddhist leaders are called "Rinpoche." But there are also higher titles, such as "Vajracarya" and "Vidyadhara".
