A monk or a nun usually leads the services. The original term for a monk was bhikkhu, which is still used by the Theravadins, but nowadays different countries and schools have their own terms.

The daily worship leader is called Imam.
An Imam
In English, he is called the cantor. In Hebrew, he is called the chazan.
We Buddhists do not worship any god, deity or person, not even the Buddha. We have temples and monasteries where monks and nuns live who provide teachings and lead meditation sessions, but no worshiping.
The founder is baddla and the leader well Buddhism don't feel have a leader
There is no leader in Buddhism. Buddhists pay homage to the Buddha, his teaching (the Dhamma) and his deciples(the Sangha).
The answer to this depends on which tradition of Buddhism is being discussed. For example, the leader of Tibetan Buddhism (and perhaps the most respected Buddhist in the world) is the Dalai Lama. In other Buddhist groups, the titles and positions vary widely, just as they do in Christian groups.
God is the leader of worship ina church
A worship leader is not there to do a Christian Rock concert. A worship leader is not there to show off their voice, guitar skills, or whatever. A worship leader is not there to put on a show. A worship leader is there to lead the congregation into worshiping the Almighty. Leading people into the very presence of God. The worship leader should be praising the Lord in song and in prayer, and the praise team should be joining the worship leader. The leader and the team then invite the rest of the congregation to worship with them. If the leader and team is not there to do that, they are a failure.
Siddhārtha Gautama is the Buddha who taught this religion to people.
