The First bullet train was made in 1930
I believe the shells are made of chitin.
None. A bullet is a bullet, regardless of what material it's made from.
Most car shells are made from pressed steel, some are made from plastics.
Shells are grown by shellfish to cover their insides.
It depends on exactly what you're asking. Assuming you mean the fired cases and assuming you mean can they be reused or reloaded, some can, some can't. If they are made of brass, they can be reloaded until the brass gets too thin. If they are made of most other materials (aluminum, steel, etc) they usually cannot be. If you mean can the metal be recycle, yes, most metal can be recycled.
it's made of a certain amont of bug shells and hard plastic
NO . Turtles shells are natural and grow with the turtle. Plastic is man made .
