Some Cambodian customs are to put your palms together, fingers pointing upward, as a greeting. They believe their head is their soul, so you cannot point your feet towards someone's head or touch it with your feet. And it is considered impolite to look someone in the eyes if they're older or somehow considered superior (boss).
