normally all camels have humps, only when they have had very little or no food the hump tends to shrink up to almost nothing (it contains only fat). young calves have no hump when born.

All camels have humps, the Bactrian camel has two. The camel's relatives in the Americas, the alpaca, llama, vicuna, and guanaco do not have humps however.
