There's not an actual town called Pickles Gap, Arkansas. It's more of any area located in Conway, Arkansas. There's a creek that runs beside Hwy 65 and this is where the name originated. As legend has it, a German immigrant was attempting to cross the creek with a wagon full of pickles. The wagon turned over strolling pickles everywhere. Ever since, it has been called Pickles Gap. There's a business there now called Pickles Gap Village.
