Brake shoes are made from heat resistant friction material, bonded or riveted to a metal shoe. These are used only in brake drums. Most modern cars have brake rotors (discs) and pads made of ceramics.
Modern aircraft have many plastics, ceramics and composite materials in them.
Without ceramics, it is not possible to produce metals. Without metals, modern life is not possible. In addition, the modern internet is dependent on fiber optic cables which are made from glass fibers so no ceramics means no glass fibers and no internet. Lastly the computer that you are using is dependent on a computer chip that is built from ceramic materials and the discrete components in that same computer are also made from ceramic materials. No ceramics would mean no computer.
Not all modern cars have Antifreeze. The vast majority of them do though.
All modern cars do.
Or any cars for that matter
no
