Whatever you want them to be like. You're the writer! Characters in any story have to come from your imagination. In a mystery story, some of them should be guilty, some should be suspicious, and some should be good at solving puzzles.

You need to invent your own names - writers who copy ideas from other people end up in trouble for plagiarism! If you copy someone's names or ideas, then when you publish your story, they could claim you stole those from them and sue you for part of your money.

I use online name generators for the names of my secondary characters - the main characters, I take my time and choose special names from baby name books!

There are 2 types of Character Traits: Physical and Mental.

Some examples of Physical Character Traits are hairy, tall, slim

Some Examples of Mental Character Traits are kind, mean and obnoxious

Physical describes what you can see, and Mental describes what you cannot.
