sodium chloride [NaCl]- for food calcium chloride [CaCl]- the salt that you use to melt snow or ice in the winter epsom salt [sorry im not sure of the formula] - used as a laxitive or you can dissolve it into a bath and it supposedly soothes muscles and joints
