Introduction
There should be 5 paragraphs, one for an introduction, one for each heading, and one for the conclusion. Of course, if the introduction and conclusion are included in the outline, there should be three paragraphs.
The three paragraphs between the introduction and conclusion paragraphs are typically called the body paragraphs. These paragraphs provide the main content or supporting points of the essay or paper. Each body paragraph focuses on a different aspect or argument related to the topic.

A narrative essay typically consists of three main paragraphs: an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion.
Body paragraphs should include things or the topic you are describing for your task and you support it with reasons or evidences. In the conclusion, you should sum up everything you wrote on the paper and write the conclusion like a small summary.
