How much chicken are you cooking? you will want to kill the salmonella which will die at *150F. I usually cook a 9x13 pan for 3.5-4 hrs minimum at 200*F. I do not want to see any blood. It comes out juicy ( I let it rest for 10 min before cutting into it) Hope that helps.
