A really cool project I really enjoy doing with children is really simple.

Supplies needed:

• pencil sharpener
• crayons
• wax paper
• newspaper (to prevent mess)
• an adult
• an iron

Directions:

1. Lay one piece (any length) of wax paper out on newspaper.
2. Sharpen different colored crayons with a pencil sharpener all spread out on the first sheet of wax paper.
3. Lay the second piece the same size on top of the shavings (that are on top of the wax paper) and iron them until the crayon shavings are melted.
4. Let cool for a while, and then you're done! Do whatever you like with it!
