I used to think Jamba Juice really cared for its customers. However after visiting the store in the Beverly Center this past Labor Day, my thoughts on Jamba have totally changed. Not only was the store a complete and utter mess, the staff was rude and impatient. The person in charge really had no idea what was going on and did not seem to care that our drinks were wrong, and we found a piece of hair in one cup (so much for cleanliness). I have since written to the Head Office but have not had any feedback.
