i think its different by the way it looks
They do not differ much. The proteins in each are slightly different.
In Prophase, the nuclear membrane disappears. In telophase, the nuclear membrane re-forms.
A school is like a nuclear membrane in that both provide structure and organization to the entities they enclose. The nuclear membrane regulates what can enter and exit the nucleus, similar to how a school regulates who can enter and leave the premises. Additionally, both the nuclear membrane and a school play vital roles in protecting and supporting the components within them.
At M (Mitosis) Phase, where all of the Kinase [turn -on and -off] enzymes {that determine wether or not the multitudinous 'nuclear-membrane components' are set to associate or not} are set to OFF, all of these nuclear-membrane-components just simply vanish into the aqueous ' fluids ' [that is the Cytoplasm] that are then simply shared between the daughter cells. When the new daughter cell 'sets up housekeeping' her first task is to reestablish the nuclear membrane. By the re-enabling of the " Kinase = On " system, the nuclear membrane and ALL OF ITS COMPONENTS will then just simply reappear and 'automatically' resemble to form the nuclear envelope.
It has a nuclear membrane

Nucleus has nucleolus, nuclear membrane and the genome. Nuclear membrane containing pores that transport molecule across the membrane. Nucleolus makes rRNA and ribosomes. Genome has all chromosomal DNA that express a gene or a character.
The nuclear wall is not a scientifically recognized structure. It may refer to the nuclear envelope, a double membrane that surrounds the nucleus of eukaryotic cells, or it could be a misunderstanding of the nuclear membrane or nuclear lamina, which are components of the nuclear envelope.
