The current status or its formulation concerning the US Constitution is a common topic. To summarize the situation, many people believe the Federal government has too much power via the Constitution and the reverse opinion, namely there is too much power granted to the Federal government under the Constitution. Individual issues make a long list.For a current example, many people believe that the 14th Amendment as seen by the current Supreme Court, has changed the definition of "marriage". Currently it's the law of the land. More than likely the decision by the Court will stand.
