There is no national drink as such. Guinness would be seen as the main alcoholic drink in Ireland and the one that the country is most associated with. There are however many other drinks in Ireland, right down to water. In Ireland, unlike a lot of countries, water can be drunk directly from a tap in homes. A lot of bottled water is bought, but a lot of people use the water in their house, which is fine for drinking as Ireland has good quality water.
Ireland produces large amounts of various types of spring water. It produces drinks such as red lemonade. It produces lots of fruit juices.
