i am guessing that you mean in the movie in the hospital. rosalie is with them too and they are talking about why edward saved Bella from the van, and that it could expose them all. i think the dialouge went something like this
rosalie-15 kids saw what happened...
edward-well what was i supposed to do, just let her die?
rosalie- this isn't just about you. its about all of us.
carlisle- i think we should take this somewhere else.
Bella(to edward)- can i talk to you for a minute?
carlisle-rosalie?
then carlisle leads rosalie away and edward goes over to Bella.
