The Eightfold Path is central to all Buddhist belief. Though Buddhism has many sects but following things are common to all of them 1. All of them believe in three jewels i. e. Buddha, Dhamma & Sangha 2. Four noble truth 3. Eight fold path

The aspects of Buddhism are the various qualities which the Buddha taught lead to enlightenment. The four noble truths of Buddhism are that suffering is part of life, that suffering is caused by desires, that happiness is possible by learning to be present in the moment, and that by following the Eight-Fold Path ends suffering.
Buddhism is still being practised today and it is one of the fasted growing spirtual paths.

I would have to say that it always spread ethical behavior along with The Buddha's Four Noble Truths and the Eight Fold Path.
The Buddha described the eight fold path also known as the middle way. It is also regarded as a golden mean between self-indulgence and self-mortifiction
Buddhism grew from the teachings of Siddhartha Gautam, the Buddha (hence BUDDHism). Some of his main teachings were karma, the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Paths.
An essential part of Buddhism is Anatta this translates as No Self/No Soul in Buddhism there is no soul because nothing at all is permanent. That said you may be referring to the Noble Eight Fold Path, which is a set of objectives for a Buddhist to achieve(to put it simply) that will lead them to the end suffering and thus enlightenment.

Buddhism cannot give you all your answers straight away. It is you who changes your life; Buddhism just guides you on your way. Buddhism helps you create the paths then walks along it with you. Yuo have to work hard to find it in yourself
