Scientific examples of work are- lifting a book, throwing a ball, and pulling a lever.
They are post examples of a fulcrum and lever
lever, inclined plane,
Some examples: f(x)= 3x + 2 f(x)= x f(x)= -2x -1
An example of a lever is a crow bar. The fulcrum would be where the bar touches the ground, that is what the bar is rotating around.
pulleys are one
Rotation of turbine blades, genrator, pully, wheels, lever.
If it is a manual trans.take the screws out holding the shift lever boot on. Slide the boot up the gearshift. there will be a bolt holding the lever on, take that out and pull on the lever. you may have to get a little rough with the lever to get it to come off once the bolt is out.
A claw hammer is a lever when using the claw to pull a nail. A crowbar or pry bar is also a lever. Automobile friction jacks are also levers. Your arm is a biological (biomechanical) lever.
