Nearly one in five fifteen year olds in the UK are obese. well. . . it would have to depend on what you wanted to know, most obese people are overweight because they do not eat the right kinds of food, and they eat too much of the wrong kind of food. Important foods such as vegetables and fruits are needed most for weight loss, stay away from too much protein and grains and fats, a few may be needed but may overload you. Obese people are common in the U.S.A. and more are becoming obese day by day, many eating disorders are caused by obesity.
