First: EAT OFTEN not EAT A LOT. in a single day I eat as much as 5 times.

2 times meals for my energy to do my activity. usually in Morning (breakfast) and afternoon (lunch). Don't afraid to eat as much as u want, because u need energy to do some work.

3 times healthy snack (protein snack, or wheat snack). snack can be done between Morning and afternoon, or afternoon and night and in the night. eat fruit in the night.

Second: EXERCISE. try some exercise that makes you sweat a lot of track miles or bike. everyday about a half hour or 1 hour per day.

Third: REST. here is the important thing. get adequate rest. do not sleep too late and do not stay up all over the night (at least you have something important to do :) ). and wake up early in the morning. try to drink a mineral water in morning. don't forget to go to toilet in the morning :). try to get rest in afternoon about 30 minutes.

well that's my method to make my ideal weight, but u can try some other method that you like, dancing or aerobic or else
