I'd say a couple slices of fruit or small packages of healthy crackers/chips would be pretty good. Also, fruit snack packages are great for afternoon snacks and they aren't too shabby in nutrition. But, it sort of depends on how old the child is, the child's preferences, and their allergies. As for drinks to go with the snacks, small healthy juice boxes are good. :) junk food!
