Surface spills that leak into an aquifer. Poor farming skills. Leaking underground tanks. Mine tailing piles that leach into water sources. Bad pipes that start at oil wells.
Polluted with rubbish? Most likely. Polluted with carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide at the same level as we have today? No way Jose.
There is really only one way to clean up polluted ground water. You have to stop polluting it, you find the source of contamination, whatever it may be, and stop it. Then, the existing polluted water will gradually be replenished by clean rain, will be filtered by natural processes such as bacterial decay, and will eventually recover. Exactly how rapid or how complete the recovery will be, depends upon the severity of the pollution.
The same way that rain does.
Chemicals and waste caused by land pollution seep into the ground. A high amount of our water supply comes from underground. as the chemicals and waste make their way down, they pollute the precious groundwater, lessening the amount of usable water available.
Polluted water can cause several diseases. It depends on the way the water is polluted e.g. cholera, typhoid e.t.c. could be caused by bacterial infected water.
When factories or cars pollute the air or release deadly toxins, they rise going to the clouds, then when it rains there is acid rain which is one way they get polluted. Another way would be the trace amount left behind which finds its way into the river.
All oceans have been polluted in some way, shape, or form. Oceans have been polluted be agricultural runoff and the dumping of garbage.
using rainwater instead of groundwater on crops
ground water pollution is when different contaminats are in groundater. such as in land fills. when the rain comes down it washes some of the garbage into the earth then it goes into or groundwater which gets affected. we all consume an amount of groundwater everyday it is in our water that we drink . it costs alot of money to clean out groundwater pollution. we dont really know how to fix it because you can not stop people from making garbage etc. so than there is no other way.
Groundwater does not have to be pumped to the surface to use, although that would seem the most logical way to get access to it. It has no difference on the make up of the water, or the purity.
The primary way the Fed controls the supply of money is by:
yes because it is creating a layer of its own oxygen and all the polluted gas has nowhere to go and the earth is heating up because the heat has no way to escape due to our layer of polluted gases
