rue21, Aeropostale, umm hollister sometimes has reasonably priced stuff but i would mostly say rue21. they have like 5 racks of grand t-shirts for 45 each and i got a really cute pair of jeans there for $3. they also hae really good sale (like they need to but w/e) like last week they had if u spent $40 or more than u got $20 off.
