They are nonexistent. Seriously, the non-trial version costs $200 for students/educators, you can't expect them to just give it away for free. That is as 'inexpensive' as it gets. It is the industry leading professional image editing software. For most amateurs (excuse the assumption, but the question does lead to it), Photoshop Elements is more than enough.
Use GIMP if you want good, free image editing software. The interface takes getting used to, but so does Photoshop at first.

Dolphinity Racer is a free car simulator available for download online. Many others are available as demos or full software free of charge (or for a limited time as part of a subscription) in indie databases.
The easiest legal way is to join Playstation Plus and they have free games every month. They are not quite free the downloads are only good as long as you are a Playstation Plus Member. There are also free demos from the Playstation Network.
