Not at the moment, you will need to train up considerably. Here is a list. Raichu- Must be level 55 Vileplume-Must be at least level 50 Dewgong-Must be level 55 Pidgeot-Must be level 55 Tauros-No Change Required Butterfree- Must be level 55+. If your Butterfree knew Psychic or Psybeam that would help you very much on the Ghost Type Elite Four, Your Dewgong will need some Ice Moves for the Dragon Type Elite Four (Ice Beam e.t.c) it will also need Surf. Pidgeot must be strong enough to take down the fighting types in the 2nd Elite Four and Vileplume must have some Grass moves to take down the 2 Onix's at the 2nd Elite Four. Hope that helped.

You will probably be able to defeat them i can't guarantee it but I think they're in the 40's and it also depends on what your moves are and how you use them and what type of Pokemon you're up against.
