there are many rules at a cinema, a few of the most important ones are:
- never talk during a movie, because people will get mad at you
- do not throw anything at anyone, that's a good way to get kicked out
and as for safety rules, I have never heard of any except for watch when you are walking down the stairs after or during the movie because people tend to leave their pops at the end of the aisles, and if you kick them over then 2 things will happen, the person would get mad at you and you will make the floor slippery for you and everyone else.

If you don't comply with the health and safety rules, you increase that chance that you or someone else will be hurt. You also increase the chance that your company could be fined for health and safety violations, or that you could be suspended or fired for putting the company and its employees at unnecessary risk.
Occupational Health and Safety is the main federal agency charged with ensuring the safety of people in the work place and public safety. All business and public bodies have to comply to health and safety rules.
It depends where you are, they vary from country to country
It's the law.OSHA makes the rules.
There are no specific health and safety rules for the shot put, except that when someone is attempting the put, no one can stand in front of the circle, because that puts them in danger
Not if you and your friends want to remain safe and healthy.
There are lots of rules and they vary from country to country.
Be careful and don't touch the thin file
Human life is our greatest value, so the main purpose of safety regulations is to save human life and health. If we do not adhere to the safety rules that threaten us accidents and loss of health or life.
