Hiberfil.sys is pretty much a hibernation file. It stores the info that it needs to start back up again. Its just in the name.
Pagefile.sys acts as an extra ram if the ram is already full.
I would not recommend deleting any but you may be able to delete hiberfil.sys
Sys files are files which are used by your OS, sometimes by system application.
The sys file extension was developed by Microsoft. Most files that end with sys are system data files and are not meant to be viewed by the users.
An MS-DOS boot disk can contain several files, the the minimum three files required are command.com, IO.sys, and MSDOS.sys (the two SYS files may be hidden).
To copy files to RAM in MS-DOS, you have to use the COPY function after converting the file to a system file with the *.sys extension.

system is the full form of .SYS
Sys Bjerre was born in 1985.
/sys has no officially designated function. Many distros use /sys as a virtual file system to export data from the kernel to userspace applications, such as when a new USB device is plugged in. However, this is completely optional, and is a fairly recent addition to the kernel. In some older Unix systems, /sys was used to contain the kernel sources.
