Well, the kind of alcohol you drink is called ethanol and has the molecular formula C2H5OH.

However, if you mean in an alcoholic beverage, you're going to have:

- ethanol

- water

- sugar if it's a liqueur

- all the various cogeners (flavor molecules) associated with what the alcohol was distilled from

- oak tannins if it is tequila, whiskey, brandy or rum

- caramel coloring if it's mass produced dark liquor like Cuervo Gold or Bacardi Dark.

- and for liqueurs, you'll also have whatever fruit, herb, spice, essence, etc. that they added to go along with whatever taste they were trying to get.
