The key ingredient of Cerama Bryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner is a citrus acid based fluid together with some further oil-based liquids. It should be noted, that besides the already mentioned Cooktop Cleaner there are several more products of "Cerama Bryte" offered (Power Cleaner, Stainless Steel cleaner, Stainless Steel Polish and Conditioner etc.). Those key ingredients might differ.
I'm not sure what kind of cooker you mean, I have a white ceramic slow cooker and have found a few things that work well to remove the stains -- a product called Cerama Bryte, and Magic Erasers. Hope this helps!
