Newtons three laws of universal dynamics are :
A body will remain stationary or in uniform motion unless acted upon by a force.
Force is directly proportional to the change in velocity .
To every force there is an equal and opposite force.
Newton's first law is the law of inertia. Inertia is the ability of objects to resist change. If a car were making a sharp left turn, some passengers would appear to be moving to the right (from the passengers' perspectives). This happens because the passengers were resisting change (speed in a new direction). The passengers would actually continue in the direction the car was moving before the left turn. This would only last for a split second because of the traveling speed of the car being strong in a new direction.
Newton's third law is the law of reciprocal forces. A common way of explaining this law is as follows: "Every action has an equal, but opposite, reaction." For example an action would be throwing a ball, the equal and opposite reaction would be the ball bouncing off of its landing surface. If this law did not exist, then the ball would have just remained on the landing surface without bouncing.
Newton's First Law is also known as the law of inertia. It basically says that an object is going to continue on the path it is in at the same speed until another force acts on it. Objects don't like change, and therefore this is all about objects resisting change in motion.
Newton's Second Law states that force is mass times acceleration, or F=ma. If you've had any calculus, it's the integral of the two, and it's also the first derivative of mass times velocity.
Newtons second law
Every single object that exists obeys ALL of Newtons Laws
Actually, the first one is completely independent on the second one. But the second one doesn't make any sense without the first one.
No, his three laws do not directly address work done.
Its a matter of being scientifically rigorous. You can not claim the 2nd law as a law unless you first establish the first law.

Newton's First Law says that a force is required to change motion.Newton's Second Law explains the relationship between the force and the change.
With newtons laws of motion we can expand and improve technology because the three laws are the base of rocket science
Predict if Newtons Laws Were never created? or Say you found out what newtons laws was what would you name them and why?
This is because two concepts are derived from the newtons second law. First : Force . F = m * a Second : momentum .. p = m * v
Newton's Second Law: force = mass x acceleration
