The Quba Mosque. It is located outside Medina, Saudi Arabia. Iis the first mosque ever built and the oldest mosque of Saudi Arabia. Its first stones were positioned by the prophet Muhammad on his emigration from the city of Mecca to Medina and the mosque was completed by his companions. Muhammad spent more than 20 nights in this mosque (after migrating) praying qasr (a short prayer) while waiting for Ali whose house was behind this mosque.
The most Holy mosque is the "Khana Kaba" in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

The holiest city for faith of Islam is Makkah (or Mecca) in Saudi Arabia. The Grand mosque (or AlMasjid AlHaram) is located in Makkah. This mosque surrounds the Kaba which is the oldest God house on earth.
