I will say this, whether they are legit or not, and I do believe them to be legit and not a scam, I have noticed some of the smaller local stores listed on this site, that seem to be hiring for the same position over the last year and a half. After going into their store, they said they weren't hiring either. Now for the bigger corporations like Target, Kohls, etc. I'm not surprised to see the same positions at the same store listed forever.

I know that SnagAJob.com is not a scam or a fraud. A ton of my friends have gotten jobs off of their website. You have to take into account that unemployment is at an all time high. That's like saying turning an application in on paper is a scam because the employer never calls you back. No! You just weren't right for the job -- it happens.
I've never heard about any problems with Kohl's jobs on SnagAJob.com. One of my friends got her job at Kohl's on SnagAJob.com and she has worked there for 2 years.
As far as the businesses and schools contacting you, that's something you can skip during the application process. It's true that you have to pay attention when you're applying, but I have a SnagAJob.com profile and I've never been contacted by a school or a business. I fixed it by going into my profile and unchecking the box that says "Partner offers."
Wrong Answer: I think so. I applied for almost every job they had in my area, and I got no response. I called a few of the places that I applied to, and they said that they werent hiring. This site is a scam in my opinion. i hvae used snag a job once before to apply at Kohls and after i applied i called kohls and they told me they don't use snag a job and the position i "applied" for was not even a position they had. however about 2 days later i started getting calls from dumb businesses and schools that i never inquired about so snag a job sold my info it was hell getting off there calling lists. by the way when i applied for kohls on snag a job i never thought anything about it because the page had the kohls logo it looked very corporate. now kohls has a law suite against snag a job and i do to also a personal word of advice business oppt's and work at home opperts. are never real work at home and home buz oppts. are very very rare check out BBB.org and remember companies never advertise work at home or biz oppts. if they are real. you find them.
