after you beat the Pokemon league there are various things you can do. first you need to get the national pokedex, then you should unlock the Sevii islands and explore each one in turn, as this will add a lot of pages to your pokedex. on the fourth island, if you explore the cave to the right you will discover Lorelei locked in combat with team rocket. help her and she will go back to the Pokemon league. challenge the league again after this and you will find a much harder challenge on your hands! there are many legendaries to capture and other things to do, so you wont find yourselves short of things to accomplish after you've defeated the league.
