I have dealt with the same stomachache issue. My son takes the medicine in the morning. The Dr. suggested increasing fat in his breakfast and giving the med after breakfast is eaten. This has been very helpful. I don't know if it is because my son's system is more used to the meds or b/c of a fattier breakfast but there are no more stomache aches.
