Conservation campaigns include trying to create stable habitats of where they can breed and thrive as well as trying to protect the oceans for the krill and some fish by of which blue whales eat. Legal intervention usually refers to fishing catch limits as majority of catches by a boat are bycatch which does include some of the fish and even krill the whale needs in order to grow and live.
