-they not registered

Because it is a right and you can chose not to vote if you dont want to. You are not required to vote
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO its not
i dont want to vote is it legal
people won't vote for them
Obviously not , you have to vote for them to get your vote.
The 3 reasons why people do not vote: 1)They are too lazy and don't like to go out and cast their vote Some people have no proper knowledge about the candidates who are participating in the elections 3)Some think that their vote do not make any difference
C. A wide variety of reasons referred to as multiple causation
people say "my vote doesn't count anyways"PLUS i dont think alot of people really care. Depends, in Australia..i dont know about anywhere else.. but here if you dont vote you get fined so i think peole DO mostly vote :P but in other countries wheres its not manditory i think people just cant be bothered ay *Shrugs* :P
NO. we dont even vote for our own president, we v ote for an electoral college. gay.
people will not vote if they do not like the candidate or the party or if the weather is bad, or just plain personal reasons.
adventually they vote 5 times a year because the vietnamese people dont always want the same president/government a hole 5 yrs
People do what they learn. Those who were taught that voting is a privilege and a duty and want to have a voice, vote. Those who were never taught about politics or how to vote or that their vote goes nowhere, won't vote.
