Tuscany borders the Italian regions of Liguria to the northwest, Emilia-Romagna to the north and east, Umbria to the east and Lazio to the southeast. Moreover, it has a western coastline on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of the Mediterranean Sea).

To the best of my knowledge, the major seas surrounding Greece are the Adriatic Sea in the west, the Mediterrenean Sea to the south, and the Aegian Sea to the east. There may be some regions of those seas that have been separately named, but I am unaware of them, if there are.
The sea has a border which is called the coastline. Some places are near this remarkable area, or part of it, and hence near the sea.
