They are privileges which a person had once recieved, but they may no longer be used because the person has voided his or her privileges by breaking the rules in some way. In other words, they are privileges which have been taken back for disciplinary reasons. Therefore, they are no longer valid.

If you missed your court date for a DUI in arizonacan you can you be extradited?

It is always a possibility, but kind of unlikely. The thing you REALLY need to check on is your driving privileges! Just from your question I'd make a pretty safe guess that currently your drivers license is suspended or revoked by AZ. Revoked in one state means revoked in ALL states.

How many hunting violations must an individual be convicted of within a five-year period to have his or her hunting privileges revoked?

It probably depends on the state your in, but i know in Pennsylvania it depends on what law you broke some laws just result in fines no matter how many times you break them but other laws your hunting privileges along with your gun are taken as soon as your caught breaking that law. i.e. poaching big game. Believe me if you did something to get your hunting privileges revoked you will know it the same day when your caught.

If your license is revoked can you still drive?

The only way that a person can legally drive with a revoked license is with what most states call driving privileges. A judge can allow the person to drive for work purposes and can restrict the days and times, even where the person can drive, depending on work needs.

What is the punishment for failure to appear in civil court in Virginia if I am the one who petitioned the court for reinstatement of driving privledges and I now live out of state?

It's not a question of punishment for FTA... if you petitioned to have your driving privileges restored and then didn't show up for the hearing, it's pretty fair to say that your driving privileges WEREN'T restored. You now live out of state - BUT - all states share their DMV databases and license information. If your driving privileges remain suspended/revoked in Virginia, every other state considers you suspended/revoked and you will never be able to get a license in your new state of residence.
