There are so many that it would be hard to list. If you're not Korean, Korean people probably won't expect you to know all of their rules, so try not to worry too much. A few things to remember are:

Don't start eating until the eldest person has started his/her meal.

If an older person offers you some food or a drink, always accept it with two hands.

If you are drinking in front of an older person, always turn to the side to show your respect.

These are basic ones, but the general gist is respect your elders. If you just follow general table manners however, you should be fine,
