Well, Before she gets powers she has her Luna Sphere ;)
Then when she comes in later she gets her first power, where
she yells "Pink Sugar Heart, ATTACK!" Then after the Sailor Moon
Super shows finish she inquires new powers that tag team her
with Sailor Moon. In this one she uses a bell called the Crystal
Carillon that summons Pegasus while she yells "Crystal Twinkle
Bell!" and powers up Sailor Moon to take the final blows to the
enemy.

Her powers, at first, are with Luna-P. Then, later, she appears to save Mars and Moon from a daihmon and uses "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" which is really a stream on magical hearts. Then she calls upon Pegasus and uses her pink bell to use the "Twinkle Yell" attack.
