Redness, heat, and fluid discharge are most common. Some coloured discharge (white or pale yellow is lymph discharge and it completely normal) may come out of it. If there is just a slight redness around the holes there is nothing to worry about.
The best thing to do is to leave the jewellery in (to allow any fluid to drain and prevent an abscess forming) and to soak the piercing in warm salt water - add half a teaspoon of sea salt to boiling water and allow to cool to warm, rather than hot, soak your piercing twice daily.
That means it is infected. Go see a doctor as soon as you can.
Yes, you can swim in a river if you have your belly button pierced. However, if it is a new piercing, the general advice is to wait at least a month before swimming as the wound needs time to heal.
not stomach belly botton and she also has her nois pierced
It's either puss or left over residue from previous showers or something like that & if your belly botton is pierced, get it checked because it will be infected!
Your belly button piercing hurts more then a normal ear piercing your belly button piercing is more sensitive then a ear. :]
yes
Alesha Dixon does have her belly button pierced!
In most places, you have to be 18 years old. If you are younger, then you need parental consent. But I highly suggest researching getting a piercing before you decide that's what you want.
No. Piercing your belly button wont hurt as compared to piercing your tongue.
Usually a mild soap and warm water will get the crusties off. [If it's infected, DO NOT TAKE OUT THE PIERCING! If you do, the skin will close up and basically seal the piercing inside your body thus, making it worse for you.]
A belly button piercing can be a lot of fun, but it must be kept absolutely clean. It is a piercing that is easily infected, and when it does get infected, it's pretty bad. After getting pierced, clean the area twice a day (as well as after the shower, after swimming in the beach, etc). Also know that after the belly button ring is removed, there will be a small scar that can stretch (permanently) during pregnancy.
10% this is because of the fact that no matter how much we tell people to take care of there piercing they just don't seem to listen.
