Hades is known to be dark, brooding, stern, morbid, sometimes depressing, but always just. And he is very loving and passionate toward his wife Persephone.
Hades looked a lot like Zeus and Poseidon (his brothers). His features are rather gloomy, his hair usually falls past his eyes and he had a beard.

She was kidnapped by Hades and given a pomegranite which bound her to Hades forever. She was able to visit her mother, Demeter, only once a year for six months and then anther 6 months with hades
