The skull like coconuts skattered on the floor is supposed to be like a nazi Germany concentration camp showing death and what happened to people when they entered the island.
I don't personally recall any mention of coconuts scattered on the floor but the description of the choir dressed in black and marching in step in two parallel lines led by a boy who orders them around definitely has military overtones.
The character of Jack in "Lord of the Flies" can be seen as a Nazi figure, with his thirst for power and authoritarian rule mirroring characteristics of dictators like Adolf Hitler. Jack's manipulation and indoctrination of the other boys on the island also parallel the tactics used by the Nazis in gaining control. The conch shell, symbolizing order and democracy, can be likened to the fragile system of democracy that the Nazis undermined and ultimately destroyed.
This yet another example of something which is not a question but is in fact an assignment set by your teacher for you to complete.
Lord of the Fleas
"It was too late, for we had both wandered too far into a net of expectations and HAD LEFT NO CRUMBS BEHIND." The allusion was "Had left no crumbs behind" It's like Hansel and Gretel how they left crumbs behind to mark the way. Hope this helps :).
